Cigar Warehouse

While on one of my husband's work trips to Greenville, South Carolina, he spotted this old cigar warehouse and knew it would catch my eye. The faded painted advertisements, weathered brick, and rustic wooden doors told the story of another era, and I knew I had to paint it. When he returned years later, the building had been restored and all of its vintage charm had been painted over. I'm grateful I was able to capture this glimpse of history before it disappeared.
